Novitasari, Dian. 2018. Hubungan aktivitas fisik saat hamil dengan lama persalinan pada kala II pada ibu bersalin di Rumah Sakit Aura Syifa Kabupaten Kediri.

Proses persalinan dipengaruhi banyak faktor, salah satunya yaitu faktor power. Power adalah kekuatan yang mendorong janin keluar. Kekuatan yang mendorong janin keluar dalam persalinan ialah : his, kontraksi otot-otot perut, kontraksi diafragma dan aksi ligament, dengan kerja sama yang baik dan sempurna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan aktivitas fisik saat hamil dengan lama persalinan kala II pada ibu bersalin di Rumah Sakit Aura Syifa Kabupaten Kediri. Metode penelitian dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 36 sampel. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan consecutive sampling. Pengambilan data dengan responden mengisi lembar kuesioner lalu peneliti melakukan observasi pada lama persalinan kala II responden. Hasil penelitian bivariate menggunakan rumus Uji Fisher Exact menunjukkan hasil ρ hitung 0,04, nilai α = 0.05. Hubungan ρ hitung < α, sehingga H1 diterima artinya ada hubungan aktivitas fisik saat hamil dengan lama persalinan kala II pada ibu bersalin di Rumah Sakit Aura Syifa Kabupaten Kediri. Untuk menghasilkan kekuatan mendorong janin baik, direkomendasikan untuk melakukan aktivitas fisik saat hamil.

The process of labor is influenced by many factors; one of them is the power factor. Power is the force to push the fetus out. Force that pushes the fetus out in labor is: his, the contraction of the abdominal muscles, contraction of the diaphragm and action of ligaments, with good and perfect cooperation.
