Melahirkan secara section caesarea menguras lebih banyak kemampuan tubuh dan pemulihannya lebih sulit dibandingkan jika melahirkan secara normal. Operasi dan anestesi dapat menyebabkan akumulasi cairan yang dapat mengakibatkan pneumonia sehingga sangat penting untuk bergerak. Akan tetapi masih banyak ibu nifas dan ibu post section caesarea yang belum melakukan mobilisasi dini dikarenakan berbagaimacam faktor diantaranya karena ibu masih letih, nyeri pada daerah jalan lahir, selain itu ibu tidak mengetahui tentang pentingnya mobilisasi dini, tujuan, manfaat dan cara pelaksanaannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan ibu post SC tentang mobilisasi dini masa nifas di Ruang Nifas Rumah Sakit Aura Syifa Kabupaten Kediri. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei deskriptif, dengan tujuan untuk melihat gambaran pengetahuan ibu post section caesarea tentang mobilisasi dini masa nifas di Ruang Nifas Rumahsakit Aura Syifa Kediri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar sebagian besar responden yaitu sebanyak 13 (72,2%) responden mempunyai pengetahuan baik tentang mobilisasi dini masa nifas dan hamper setengah responden yaitu sebanyak 5 (27,8%) responden mempunyai pengetahuan cukup tentang mobilisasi dini masa nifas.

Childbirth section Caesarea exhausts more body's ability and recovery is more difficult than a normal birth. Surgery and anesthesia can cause fluid accumulation which can lead to pneumonia so it is important to move. However, there are still many postpartum and post-section Caesarea mothers who have not mobilized early due to various factors such as mothers are still tired, pain in the area of the birth canal, besides the mother does not know about the importance of early mobilization, goals, benefits, and ways of implementation. The purpose of this study was to know the description of knowledge of post-SC mother about early childbirth mobilization in space Nifas Aura Syifa hospital Kediri Regency. The research design used in this research is a descriptive survey, with the purpose to see the image of post section Caesarea mother's knowledge about the early mobilization of childbirth in the hospital room of Aura Syifa Kediri hospital. The result of this research shows that most of the respondent has 13 (72,2%) respondents have good knowledge about the early mobilization of childbirth period and almost half of the respondents are 5 (27,8%) respondents have enough knowledge about early childbirth mobilization.
