Yani, Ayu Putri. 2018.Hubungan perawatan luka perineum oleh ibu nifas dengan masa penyembuhan luka perineum di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Blabak Kecamatan Kandat Kabupaten Kediri.

Masa penyembuhan luka perineum adalah proses luka yang dimulai dari terjadinyapenutupanjaringan yang disatukan. Masapenyembuhan dipengaruhi oleh perawatan luka yang adekuat sesuai dengan standar operasional prosedur. Tujuanpenelitianiniadalahmengetahui hubungan perawatan luka perineum oleh ibu nifas dengan masa penyembuhan luka perineum di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Blabak Kecamatan Kandat Kabupaten Kediri dengan pendekatan cross sectional.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 31 responden dengan teknik simple random sampling didapatkan sampel 29 responden. Metode pengambilan data dengan observasi sistematis masa penyembuhan luka pada ibu nifas.
Hasil analisis dengan α 0.05 menggunakan rumus Spearman Rank menunjukkan hasil rho hitung (0,42) >rho tabel (0,312), sehingga H0 ditolak artinya ada hubungan antara perawatan luka perineum oleh ibu nifas dengan masa penyembuhan luka perineum di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Blabak kecamatan Kandat Kabupaten Kediri dengan kekuatan hubungan kuat. Dengandemikiandisarankanibu nifas dengan luka perineumdapatmelakukanperawatan luka perineum sesuai dengan standar operasional prosedur dengan diberikanpenyuluhan luka perineum sejak dini sehingga tidak mengalami komplikasi.

Perineal wound healing period is a process of healing the postpartum mothers perineum wound that starts from the closure of the tissue that is put together. The wound healing period is also affected by adequate wound care in accordance with the standard operating procedures. The purpose of this research is to know the correlation of perineal wound care by postpartum mother with healing period of the perineal wound in work region of Blabak's health community center of Kandat District Kediri Regency with cross-sectional approach.
The population in this study were 31 respondents using simple random sampling technique obtained a sample of 29 respondents. Data collection methods with the systematic observation for postpartum mothers who have perineal wounds are seen during the healing period of primary and secondary wounds. The results the analysis with α 0.05 using the Spearman Rank formula showed calculated rho results (0.42)> rho table (0.312).
The H0 rejected. It means that there is a correlation between perineal wound care by postpartum mother with a healing period of the perineal wound in Work Region of Blabak's Community Health Center of Kandat District Kediri Recency. Thus, postpartum mothers with perineal wounds are advised to treat perineal wounds according to standard operating procedures so that the incidence of puerperal infection due to perineal injury can be avoided.
